*The Optum New Mexico Billing Department also uses 1-844-617-9415 for outbound calls and voicemails. You will find this number on your monthly billing statement. In addition, to protect our patients' information, we will ask several identity verifying questions before we will discuss your billing account.

    3) Print and save your receipt.
