About:

I became a dietitian because I like to cook--and help people use food to be as healthy as possible. I like to listen to people's stories, and about their journey to where they are now. I've been told that I provide education with patience and compassion. All patient care starts with education--and patients are at the center of the healthcare team. Nutrition and body movement are important to not only prevent health issues, but to address them, too!

Hobbies:

One of my favorite things to do outside of work is to have "kitchen time" trying new recipes. I'm new to New Mexico and have really enjoyed being outside and exploring the trails in the area. My husband and I have a daughter, who lives in Texas.
