Phone visits are not good!

Care provider focused only on weight loss as a means of recovery, but dis not ask about history or any action taken now. Doctor was very focused in calling patient overweight. Did not ask if I had lost any weight from the time I saw my primary to him. Suggested weight loss surgery as a viable option but didnt ask what was being done now.

I've recommended Dr. Gleeson to many others over the years- he's wonderful!

I have a good relationship with my doctor, Dr. Gleason. He communicates and has an understanding of my medical needs and cares.

Knowledgeable, kind and experienced. Includes patient in decision making.

Again I feel with my thyroid condition that seems be under control at this time I still should be seeing the Dr. To have him checkMy neck for any possible lumps I did have a complete cancer thyroidectomy operation. I am set up for an Ultrasound.

Dr. Gleeson immediately listened to my one concern, made a plan with me and implemented it.

I realize we are still following some COVID protocols, but I would have preferred to see the doctor in person. The exam would have been more thorough, but the televisit was easy.
